"Fraudulent company stay far away. He will delete your reviews. Don't hide Al your staff and building need to be investigated. We have repeatedly asked to talk to you because you're supposed to be the agent not your joke of a staff that can't keep there desks clean and files organized. I have voice recordings of your employee christie admitting to fault of having to much on her desk. I can name all the staff that we has spoken to and multiple times have asked to speak with you and all you can do is respond on Google reviews and delete reviews your brokerage is unorganized and incompetent. Your company has failed to update important documentation causing lapse in coverage paperwork to be sent out, your company has insured the wrong vehicle that I have never owned nor gave to your employees. YOU specifically Al Shattuck need to take responsibility and correct your staff and business."

We made multiple outreach attempts any time an issue needed attention so nothing was left unresolved without effort from our office. Regarding the vehicle and homeowners concerns mentioned in your review, our documentation shows that the information used to issue and update your policies was based on details provided to us, and all policy documents and renewal packets were sent to you for review. If anything ever appears incorrect, we rely on our customers to notify us so we can correct it quickly. When concerns were brought to our attention, our team addressed them promptly. "Bait and switch . Company shady . Signed a contract for a whole year” house insurance” . and then six months later they want more money! No ! Can’t do that . Well they tried. Occasionally, once a policy issues and claims history is reviewed, the carrier may make an adjustment to the premium. The same applies to Drive Safe & Save. If the program isn’t activated after payment, the system automatically recalculates the rate to remove that discount. "Stay far away from these people, and state farm in general. They took off my home insurance before July 2nd (my closing day for my home I was buying) without informing me, and when I did learn about the cancelation it was from a PARTIAL check of the amount I paid for. Almost 300$ of my money missing, and they say; "Well we still insured the home up until the 30th." Which doesnt make any sense, I DID NOT OWN THE HOUSE YET. Why are you insuring it before the closing date? We informed you people every time we moved the closing date so that you knew when to insure the home. But you decided to insure it when I did not even own it yet, which is illegal. I called them before we closed to inform them I was moving insurance for home and auto, since I need insurance to close and you guys had no problem reimbursing me my 40$ for auto, but did not want to give me my $300 for home. Which you canceled anyways by the time I asked for all coverage to be removed. Everytime I call and bring up this issue, they have no problem playing hot potato with me passing me around to your other agents because you don't want to actually solve the issue, while informing me they would "look into it and call me back." Ive heard this every time I call, and guess what? I never get a callback and I the issue is still at large. I will contact an attorney if I do not get my money back, Its been over a month trying to get this resolved. State farm is a great company, if you just need insurance on paper, otherwise they are awful if you actually need to use their services. When my issue is resolved this review will be removed."
