"Constant bait and switch. Lies about rates then charges you more after getting you to sign papers. Switched to a different company due to them billing me several times for a car I didn't own anymore. Switched back after being offered a different rate. Rate was at $180 for 2 vehicles, then the bill was $232 after signing. Don't work with these liars."

"I asked for Me Shadduck to call me reference a problem with a claim. I was told he doesn’t have voice mail and they would leave him a note to call me. I never received a phone call. I guess he is not too concerned with customer service. I will insure elsewhere and find better customer service."
