"This agency is a clown show. I just received a letter from them threatening to end my vehicle coverage because I haven't verified the driving status of a 13 year old child. If you cant figure that out on your own we cant do business. I have never received more threats to end coverage in my 30 years of buying insurance. I should have dropped you when you claimed I never gave you information for boat insurance even though I had a text message verifying the info with your people. Then add on the giant spike in my homeowners. I'll be spending the next few days shopping for new insurance. I'm done dealing with these people. You wont have the chance to cancel my coverage"

"Fraudulent company stay far away. He will delete your reviews. Don't hide Al your staff and building need to be investigated. We have repeatedly asked to talk to you because you're supposed to be the agent not your joke of a staff that can't keep there desks clean and files organized. I have voice recordings of your employee christie admitting to fault of having to much on her desk. I can name all the staff that we has spoken to and multiple times have asked to speak with you and all you can do is respond on Google reviews and delete reviews your brokerage is unorganized and incompetent. Your company has failed to update important documentation causing lapse in coverage paperwork to be sent out, your company has insured the wrong vehicle that I have never owned nor gave to your employees. YOU specifically Al Shattuck need to take responsibility and correct your staff and business."

"Bait and switch . Company shady . Signed a contract for a whole year” house insurance” . and then six months later they want more money! No ! Can’t do that . Well they tried. And still stole money from my car policy . Double charging for September . You guys still own $95 to me ….. how do you people sleep at night ….. shame on you guys . Bad business."
