ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Business Insurance Representative to join our team. This role focuses on serving small business clients, ensuring their commercial insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing consultative support, and expanding coverage where needed. Through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions, you will build lasting relationships that contribute to client retention and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing ongoing policy support.
- Respond to inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure timely resolution of client needs.
- Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes to better serve business clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Assist with lead generation, referrals, and new business development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience or strong interest in commercial (business) insurance.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
